Wider strap makes it more comfortable to carry crossbody.I am very tall with a long torso, so finding a crossbody purse long enough for me is difficult. Most of these straps weren't long enough, but this one was. Almost too long. I love it and I love the color. So glad I got it.Looks better than in the photo.
