Love this bag and a great alternative to an ugly diaper bag or regular backpack if you're traveling light. However, after less than 1 year of alternating use, the leather straps are unraveling/ripping and coming detached from the bag. I contacted Michael Kors customer service and they informed me that they do not cover bags purchased from Amazon in their 1 year warranty even though the appropriate tags and authentication was provided with my warranty request. I don't see the value of purchasing name brand handbags from Amazon again if I can't get it replaced when it is a default in workmanship.Lower the pricePersonal purseA mi sobrina le encanta ✨????Here's a lesson for you guys: when your woman wants something, you might as well get it, because you'll never hear the end of it. My lady has wanted a Michael Kors backpack for God-knows-how-long (she's bugged me for it so many times I've lost count). "Pwease, pwease, sweetie, get it for me," she'd say with those puppy-dog eyes and I said okay, I'll get it for her for Christmas, which I did. It was well worth the investment. I spent an entire month's paycheck on this baby, and the look on my girl's eyes when she got it--it was absolutely wonderful. Except, of course, for the little nugget she found inside.When she opened the backpack, she noticed a critter sitting comfortably at the bottom of the bag. It was a cute critter... reminded me of a Furby, those demon-possessed toys from the 90s. I'm like, "Oh, God. Please. Not a Furby!" I was fully prepare to perform an exorcism if the thing came alive and attacked me. Much to my surprise, it did. It introduced itself as a "mogwai" and demanded it not be put near water. Well, my girl, so very excited for her Michael Kors backpack, didn't think about the critter's warning, so she picked it up and hugged it and kissed it and called it "Boogie Bear" because, well, that's what she does. And the mogwai said, "No, my name's Chester," but my girl didn't care. She and "Boogie Bear" went near the sink because she wanted to wash him because he was dirty.Well... this THING let out a scream that can only be heard from the crypts of hell. As soon as it touched the water, the mogwai TRANSFORMED INTO A HIDEOUS, GREEN-SCALED BEAST. It called itself "Paul" and proceeded to attack my girl and her family. I got out of that house faster than Rick Astley never giving you up. But, by George, THAT DAMNED THING was in my car. It laughed and snickered and said if I didn't take it for some Chinese food, it would eat me. So we hung out at the local Chinese buffet before it disappeared into the night. It was a very harrowing experience.Needless to say, my girl was quite pleased with this Michael Kors bag and I would highly recommend it. Just check to make sure there are no mogwais in it.I use this backpack as a diaper bag and it’s perfect!I love my bag! I have been using it now for a few weeks. I get a lot of compliments.I’ve NEVER spent money on an expensive bag but once I got it, I LOVE IT and the cost is justified! So convenient, sturdy, the color is great!
