Everything was fine but there's this huge writing on the side they don't show that looks terrible.I bought this as a replacement strap for a blue Dooney & Bourke purse because the original shoulder strap was entirely too long. And this fits perfectly and looks great. Quality also seems wonderful. I definitely do recommend. I think I will order in other colors to replace straps on other bags and just overall personalize.Great strap. I added it to my purse and it works great. Hardware is light gold tone and I would've preferred silver. That wasn't in the listing & I couldn't tell in the pictures what color it was. The hardware on the strap to make it longer or shorter isn't tight so it will move while I'm wearing it. I just have to keep adjusting it.
